Frequently asked questions
How do I set up and customize the Naturepedic EOS Pillowtop Organic Hybrid Mattress for the first use?
The EOS Pillowtop is a modular, three-layer design with an optional pillowtop. You can adjust firmness by tailoring the organic Dunlop latex layers and adding or removing the pillowtop layer. Independent side customization is available on larger sizes, letting sleepers fine-tune comfort for each side.
Who would get the most benefit from this EOS Pillowtop mattress and why?
It suits sleepers who want a fully customizable, all-organic sleep surface with targeted pressure relief, postural alignment, and temperature regulation. Couples on larger beds can adjust each side independently, while individuals can dial in a personalized firmness and surface feel.
What makes this Naturepedic hybrid different from a standard mattress?
It uses a 3-layer, zippered design with independent side customization, organic Dunlop latex layers, an additional pillowtop layer, and an 8" bottom support coil system. The cover and components are organic, designed for breathability and long-lasting comfort without chemical additives.
What should I know about caring for and maintaining this mattress over time?
The mattress features organic fabrics and natural fibers designed for durability. Regularly use the modular layers as they’re arranged, and follow standard care for organic fabrics (avoiding harsh cleaners) to help preserve feel and support.
Is this a good choice for a sleep environment that prioritizes natural materials and eco-minded design?
Yes. It integrates organic cotton and wool components, organic Dunlop latex, and nature-based materials, all crafted to promote breathability and comfortable support in an eco-conscious package.
What size options exist and how does the pillowtop affect room fit?
Independent side customization is available on larger sizes (queen, king, California king). The pillowtop sits in its own compartment, and its presence can influence fit more on larger models, while offering added surface softness if desired.
